Google reviews

A query that has become more common recently is how to deal with comments patients leave on review sites such as Google.  If you haven’t seen those about your Practice, I’d recommend having a look now, just google your practice and click on Reviews.  Patients occasionally will post staff names which as an organisation you may deem inappropriate.  You could ask the reviewer to remove the comment but if it is derogatory, as many are, you may find this will not be successful.
