2026 Police request form

The National Police Chiefs Council (NPCC) have released an updated national form for requesting 3rd party materials (this form supersedes the one we published last year).

This is the format that police requests should now come in. Please view it here.

Guidance for 3rd parties is available in a link on the form. We also have a copy here. This includes information about providing handling information and what you can redact.
