DCB0160 Clinical Risk Management for AI Products – Support for Practices For those practices who wish to begin the process of onboarding with AI products, N3i have now made available a DCB0160 Clinical Risk Assessment for both Heidi Health and Anima Document Management. These are document sets that will require local tailoring, but the foundational documentation has been signed off by our Clinical Safety Officer (CSO). Many thanks to the practices who she has worked with so far in the production of these documents.

Anima Scribe – Our CSO cannot complete the DCB0160 for Anima Scribe without a practice who are willing to work with her. Please let us know if you would like us to share your details with her.

Accurx – The DCB0160 for this is currently underway. Thank you to the practices who are working with our CSO.

Tortus – When we released our AI questionnaire earlier this year, Tortus was one of the most requested AI tools. We are looking for a couple of practices who are still considering the use of Tortus who would be willing to work with our CSO. Please let us know if you would like us to share your details with her.

Reminders

We have had a couple of queries this month about sending SARs to non-NHS emails. Here is the blog we wrote about using Egress for this purpose: [Secure] emailing using Egress – N3i Information Governance.

For those who are unfamiliar with the process, we wrote this about accessing a deceased person’s record: 41. Deceased records – N3i Information Governance.

Our IG Portal is a useful first stop for GP specific IG queries. Please feel free to share this link with anyone in your practice who may find it useful.
