Sharing information with LeDeR

For those of you who may be unfamiliar with it, here is some information from the MDU about the Learning from Lives and Deaths – People with a Learning Disability and Autistic People (LeDeR) programme and how GP practices may be asked to support this work.

This leaflet, published by NHSE and originally sent to all practices in 2021 explains the basis on which patient identifiable information may be shared with LeDeR review teams.

The leaflet asks that it be shared with relevant staff members, so we are circulating it here for awareness.
