Reminders

A DSPT theme this month:

Data breaches – these must be reported through the Incident Reporting Tool on the DSPT. This tool will assess whether the report needs to go the ICO, and will automatically forward it, if required.

The DSPT is intended to be a working document – it can be updated and re-published as many times as required throughout the year (ideally when a change occurs within the organisation that would need to be reflected in the DSPT).

While N3i publish the IT supporting documentation for the DSPT once a year, this doesn’t mean practices have to wait until we release it before they publish – practices can always add our updated IT information and re-publish.
