Policy templates

Digital Social care have produced a set of policy templates here that may be of use if you are looking to update or change your existing Information Governance policies. They also have excellent templates for Information Asset Register and data flow mapping or to give it the correct title, Record of Processing Activity. Or you can of course just google the term GP Practice Policies and you’ll be surprised how many good policies there are on practice web sites that will save you time and effort and I’m sure we’re all happy about that.
