Blog – Extended leave and NHSmail – We have had several recent instances of people losing access to their NHSmail after being on maternity leave or extended sick leave. This blog provides a reminder of the process for protecting an NHSmail account during extended periods of absence and the wider Information Governance requirement that email should not be used as a long-term storage location for clinical or business records.
