DPIA for Bowel Cancer screening of LD patients

Please note the Data Protection Impact Assessment here (Word document, 8.7MB) which sets out the processes around the use of patient data for the Bowel Cancer screening services for patient with a Learning Disability. For GP Practices where I N3i provide the Data Protection Officer service I can provide assurance that I am satisfied with the contents of the DPIA and that it has identified any risks and put in place appropriate controls to protect the patient information in the system.
